20 Years Wienerberger

20 years of building. 20 years of change. And the people who saw it happen.

Twenty years is a long time for a company. It is long enough for a small team to become an organisation. For offices to change, factories to grow, technologies to evolve, and entire cities to look different. But when we started working on the 20th anniversary film for Wienerberger Bulgaria, we quickly realised that the story wasn’t really about the number twenty. It was about everything that happened during those twenty years. The projects. The decisions. The challenges. The people who joined along the way. The people who stayed. And the thousands of small moments that eventually became a part of the company’s history. Our goal was to create something more intimate than a traditional corporate anniversary video — a film that could look back without feeling like a timeline and celebrate the company without losing the people inside it.

The Human Side of a Corporate Story

The interviews became the heart of the production.

We brought together people from different stages and areas of Wienerberger’s history, allowing the film to move between perspectives rather than relying on one official corporate voice. Some remembered the early years. Others spoke about growth and change. Some focused on technology and innovation. Others talked about colleagues, relationships, and the culture that developed over time. That mixture was important.

Twenty years shouldn’t sound like one person telling you what happened. It should feel like a collection of memories belonging to many people. We wanted the audience to feel that they were sitting in the room with someone who had actually been there.

Let’s make something worth remembering.
